Q: About the Custom Duty

A: We are not sure whether you need to pay the customs duty or not because of the different policies in different countries. So you may need to pay the customs duty when you receive the parcel, pls understand.

 

Q: About DHL Remote area ( need to pay extra cost or change to other shipping methods)

 

A: We will be able to deliver the products to you wherever you are. But DHL might apply a "remote area charge" in some cases if you choose DHL as your shipping method. This is very rare but will happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.

 

If your address belongs to a remote area:

 

1. You can change your address to a non-remote region.

 

2. Or get DHL office address, then you can pick up it from the office by yourself.

 

3. Or pay remote cost to us, we"ll help you pay for it to DHL, so DHL will arrange the special delivery.

 

 

How to clean
